Ca.Di.Group Srl has been constituted in 1993 from Dr.Gianfranco Caramelli and has begun the activity' of promotion and sale to the beginning of 1994. The field of activity concerns Dietetical-supplements.
At present it has in commerce 12 products that essentially are related to Gastroenterologic, Dietologic, Pediatric, Dermatologic, Obstetric and Gynaecological fields. The formulas and the trade-marks (registered) of the products are of ownership' Ca.Di.Group and they are produced in specialized factories.
The products are sold through the usual pharmaceutical (wholesalers, pharmacies, hospitals) channels with the practiced discounts for the pharmaceutical sector.
The sales hospital have inferior prices to 50% of the price without tax to the public. The sale is realized through ethical promotion to specialist physicians effected by scientific salesmen on purpose trained both to theoretical and practical level.
Ca.Di.Group also contacts the aforesaid physicians through the share with Stand to different Congresses both to
national and regional level. Currently Italy is covered by medical Ca.Di. Group promotion. The promotion is developed with depliants and attesting scientific trials the properties and the effectiveness of the products and always sustained by free champions of the promoted products. Also having been on the market for few years the Ca.Di.Group is already usual supplier of its products to hospitals in Italy.
Besides Ca. Di. Group has granted the sole agency of its products in Hungary to the VIVAPHARMA Firm.
For the next future it is anticipated the immission in commerce of new products, of which the final composition and the production have already been defined, there are, instead, in phase of study and development other products. All these products to be introduced in commerce concern the aforesaid medical fields.
Ca.Di. Group has gotten besides 4 industrial patents that are:
1) SODIORAL con Inulina for the reyidration after acute diarrheas and to normalize the intestinal flora.
2) Association of PREBIOTICS and COLONIC FOOD to promote and to maintain the physiological and functional health of the bowel.
3) Association of probiotics, spores and prebiotics for the intestinal (PROBINUL Neutro and Chocolate Aroma) disbiosis.
4) Association of anti-inflammatory and antifibrotic agents against the onset of fibrosis.
Besides Ca. Di. Group has just ended a clinical job on the use of the High Viscosity Glucomannan on the ipercolesterolemic children, published on one of the most important italian clinical magazines: "NUTRITION, METABOLISM AND CARDIOVASCULAR DISEASES".
Ca. Di. Group also realized many clinical trials on some of its products :
1. Two important clinical trials on the use of MINTOIL on IBS patients
2. Two trials on the use of PROBINUL, the first on the eradication of the HP and the other on the improvement of
the intestinal flora in healty patients.
3. A clinical trial on the use of LACTOMANNAN in the Children Constipation.

1) Trials on the use of PROBINUL in the HP eradication.
2) Trials on the use of PROBINUL in the IBS
3) Trials on a new product for patients submitted to radiotherapy.
